PGR as Fruit Reducer?

Anyone had any luck using a PGR to reduce fruiting on gum/ginkgo trees? Appreciate any input.

I have had good success with Florel on mulberry. Timing must be good, and hopefully it doesn't rain for awhile afterwards.

We use it a fair amount on Sweetgum, crabapples, pear, ginkgo, and walnuts. It works well but really dependent on your timing and conditions

Try PBI Gordon's product called Atrimmec. I've had success with preventing crabapples, cottonwood cotton, and olive.

Best part is that it can be applied as a bark banding application. Timing is key, apply right before bud swell

I use the PGR Verve on Dwarf Mistletoe to limit seed production and Florel for the same in the past. If I remember right ginko is on the label for both. A good surfactant (we use Kinetic) and acidic water work best for me. Timing is key.
