pentra bark

I was wondering if anyone's used pentra bark. I want to hear results and what you guys have seen. Does it work, have the results been positive? Or not so much. I used it for the first time today with a pesticide and was impressed, and thought that if this stuff does everything they claim, this product will really cut down on off target and run off. But will get better coverage through out a tree than an injection system. i know its only been out for 2 years or so, but want to hear some personal testimonies about it. Thanks

I have used the product for about 6 mo now. So far so good in my book.. Although it won't completely remove the need for spraying. I do know of another company in town who has been using it for nearly 2 yrs now and they tell me they have mixed results depending on applications.

My question to you would be: how can you be impressed with the product in less than 24 hrs of initial application? Were the insects literally falling right off the tree or what? My experience is that it is now quite that dramatic and it still takes time to translocate to where the pests are feeding.

Don't get the pentra bark on any foliage you want to preserve... it'll burn leaves right off. Watch your overspray on stuff around the tree you're treating.

I've been using it this summer also with good results. Do be carefull to keep it off the foliage, but of course that is on the label
