Mike Orsino is the winner. He won 10 years ago in 1998 and went to England. He is a great climber. 51 Years old but doesnt act it.

Congratulations to Mike Orsino...rocking man!! He won NY 10 years ago... he kicked arsh.

Huge progress for New York this year in regards to the Women's Division... four competitors!
1. Jackie Beebee from NY
2. Vicki Pavao from MA
3. Bear Scovil from VT
4. Me from MA

Bear and I encouraged the TCC Chair, Joel Grieffenburger, to have an all the women grouped in a rotation. We wanted to give our first time competitors, Jackie and Vicki some opportunity for coaching and moral support. They did awesome!

Vicki even conquered a temporary intimidation factor of the Aerial Rescue; she completed the event and kicked butt.

Bear had a personal best in Footlock, way to go Bear!

Kudos to the judges and volunteers who made it a great, well organized day!

Go Girls, I heard Vicki did quite well. You laidies seem to take a spiritual approach to the comps, it is cool to watch.
