Never did get to set up a zipline. I spent the week beefing up a friends cabin to keep it from falling down the hill and doing some general fix ups on the place. Lots of rain also, which is great for that area (Cloudcroft). They also got some good snow this year which hasn't happened in a while.
Couple of pics of the few climbs we did do. First one is the top of a giant Doug Fir we planned on climbing. I couldnt get a good look at the top from the ground so we climbed a neighbor tree to check it out. Good thing we did, it did not look so good.
