Need help tracking down a Gear and shaft for gearbox in old Hi-ranger

Hi! having allot of trouble finding a used brass/copper gear and shaft for a hi-ranger model # is a 5td48 pbi380 early 70s bucket. I can have one made for 5-6k i guess but takes 6 weeks to make.. Not the time of the year to have a machine down...=/ any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
