NEC-ISA TCC - May 19

It definitely was the nicest spot for a TCC that I've seen! Super big thanks everyone, especially Officer Rooney and Melissa. That throwline tree was ridiculous!

Amazing two days! I say the biggest thanks goes to Melissa Duffy and the volunteers from Bristol Aggie for putting on the kids climb. Filled my heart to see those kids climbing and having fun doing it. Wish I had known about this career long before I did. They had a line out the front gate for that!

Site was incredible. Never made it over to the big buxus, if anyone got a pic of that, put it up. Thanks to everyone, day went super smooth, and everyone definitely had fun. Already can't wait for next year!

Sorry I didn't post winners. I figured it best to wait until Melissa put up official numbers for Men and Women, not just winners. I imagine that will be in the "And the winner is..." forum soon.

I know that Men's top 5 (Master's Challenge) included:

Justin Donahue
Jonathan Royce
Moris Duarte
Kyle McCabe
Matt Reynolds

And Women's included:

Bear Levangie
Alex Julius

Hopefully Melissa gets details up soon.

Sorry I missed it. First one I missed in the last 4 years. Way to go JD! The kids climb sounds fantastic. It is to bad they can't be incorporated into it more often.

What a great time. It was awesome to see everyone and hang with the my tree family. Thanks to all who helped to put this event together. I know a lot goes into making it all happen, and it is so great to see it come together and be enjoyed by all.
What an incredible place to have such an event. It was just a great spot with some incredible trees. The work climb and masters challenge tree was a huge Ginko, and was tons of fun.
The aerial rescue event was pretty different as well. The climber was injured and was suspended directly over a pool. So could not be brought down in a straight downward descent. Pretty new and clever and very fun to try and figure out.
Can't wait for next year!!!! Go Justin and Bear... Represent us well.

Thanks all for an awesome TCC! Wow it was an amazing event and magical space, with superb trees.

Thanks to Blithewold and Fred Perry for making Chris Rooney's dream happen. Many hands make light work and this event was the epitomy!

I posted the results on the Competition Results Thread.
Thanks Tom for getting up the winners asap.

Melissa Duffy, Seth Cook, the fabulous BA Students and to Tom Hoerth - awesome job on the kids climb.... killer addition to the TCC event... thanks for all your help!

Looking forward to next year!
