Yes! The 300. I love this workout for us as climbers. Good to mix it in throughout the year and I used it leading up to comps as well.I did this yesterday
- Pullups - 25 reps
- Barbell Deadlift with 135 lbs. - 50 reps
- Pushups - 50 reps
- 24-inch Box Jumps - 50 reps
- Floor Wipers - 50 reps
- Single-Arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps
- Pullups - 25 reps
I didn't do your workout yesterday. When I started to stretch and warm up I realized that I was more sore than usual. So I went easier and did heavy chest weight training and abs. Today more weights and I have hockey tonight. Maybe later this week?this was a good one today,
