followed by

800 meter run

9 Burpee Pullups
9 Clean and Jerks at 115

400 meter run

7 Burpee Pullups
7 Clean and Jerks at 115

200 Meter run
5 burpee pullups
5 clean and jerks at 115
 
this was a good one today,

20 minute AMRAP with weight increase every 5 minutes

95/115/135/155 lbs

5 Hang Cleans
7 24" box jumps
10 Situps

Today I may try yours. I didn't train for over a week when I was in Italy. My first day home was yesterday and I felt weak as hell. Lets see how today goes.

  • Pullups - 25 reps
  • Barbell Deadlift with 135 lbs. - 50 reps
  • Pushups - 50 reps
  • 24-inch Box Jumps - 50 reps
  • Floor Wipers - 50 reps
  • Single-Arm Clean-and-Press with 36 lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps
  • Pullups - 25 reps

Yes! The 300. I love this workout for us as climbers. Good to mix it in throughout the year and I used it leading up to comps as well.

I did 9 rounds
I didn't do your workout yesterday. When I started to stretch and warm up I realized that I was more sore than usual. So I went easier and did heavy chest weight training and abs. Today more weights and I have hockey tonight. Maybe later this week?

I did this with 95lbs which is pretty light because i suck at over head squats
 
Ya, that's the problem I have I'm beat after work, and it seems like I always have to many obligations, to have a serious work out schedule. Going to try a crossfit class in mourning before work and see how that works out.
 
Go in the morning that's when I go. You will have no excuses. I also suggest using the rocky theme song as your alarm. If that don't get you moving you have no soul. My 15 month old son also is a great 430 am alarm!
 
try this

150 53 lb kettle bell swings,(no rest between swings)
if you stop
1st time 50 24" box jumps
2nd time 50 Double Unders
3rd time 50 air squats
4th time 50 sit ups
5th time 20 24" box jumps
etc etc etc

I did sets of 50, 30, 20, 20, 20, 10

its harder then it looks
