10 snatches at 75lb
10 step ups with above weight in front hold position on a 20" box.

I got through 5.5 rounds
 
Iv had really good luck with yoga. Been doing it about 10 years now. Best thing Iv found for combating those aches and pains that come from tree work. Maybe mix in some yoga on your rest days, or if you r feeling super sore. You guys keep up those wods and you will be able to leave the saws on the ground. You can just rip the tree into pieces with your bare hands.:D
