Thanks for that, I might try it. I think it’s genetic or has an element to it. My mama has a rare condition call heritable spastic paraplegia. There is very little know, and they keep dining many more genetic markers for variations of it. I tested for the known markers and I am het for a couple of the recessive ones, but don’t have the dominant gene that my mom has. Granted this is supposed to affect the legs, and mine seem to be in working order. Just has me thinking it might be something related and predisposed to some degree.

As I’ve mentioned somewhere my neighbors have gifted me a cease and desist letter. Regarding my work truck, etc.
I sought council and learned that I’m fully in my right to have my truck here at home as it’s viewed as ‘incidental to a single family residence’ in Washington state. This shoe doesn’t exactly fit my foot so to speak as the long standing and frequently referenced ruling is more so a vehicle assigned to a employee and since I’ve had personal matters my employee has been coming here to pick up the truck and chipper.
Well after a few ‘settlement’ offers which appeared to “fizzle” yesterday I was served Summons of suit.
I’m so done with this world (not a suicidal thing) this is such bullshit I’m ready to just walk into the woods and give up on this society.

Man, fuck that noise. Hope the suit/case is thrown in their faces. For every shit-head there’re two lovely people around the corner, hope you have a respite of the former.

Someone was getting a ration of snot from a neighbor about a legitimate tree removal. When they went to the hearing, they told the people that they can either dismiss the action right there, right then, or they would clear cut every tree they legally could in their property.
Offering to make allowable noise all day, every day etc, etc, might be some ammo. You might really like to hear the same song again and again and again.
Maybe they would like to look at a God- awful paint job on your house and fence, within covenants. What else might you be able to do, legally, to drive down their property value. Hording in the yard goes a long way. Yard art, etc.
Maybe an ongoing construction project that requires an amazing amount of nailing on something that is quite hollow.
Mega bright, exterior lights for safety from unstable neighbors.
