Okay deleting it. But I think jeff is cool with stuff.

I didn't think about this being Mike's nice kboom thread. I don't want to dirty this up.

Jeff missed that old buzz stuff, so I thought he'd be cool with it.

But with overwhelming response to delete, it made sense to delete. So I wanted to say thank u for keeping me in check guys.

I think Bixlers texts to me over this past year has de-sensitized me and I have forgotten what can be sensitive.

I would like to know what in the world you are using as a sling to lift a 30k piece of wood? Pretty sick. Is there a sawmill in your area that takes logs that diameter? If so how many board feet was that?
 
He didn't lift the whole thing at once, but the one time I lifted a piece that was 26-28klbs, I used two 17.5klb Tufflex slings choked to the piece and the ends shackled together. The crane's hook equalized the load between the slings and away we went.
