Nice Hamel. That shirt will look really nice on you. You should ask George if you can compete in it before you buy it, otherwise give it to boots to wear in his daisy dukes and knee highs!

My goal for this year is to make it into the Master's.

I would also like to:
Break the 20 second mark in footlock,
16 or greater throwline,
80 or better work climb,
Top 3 in AR,
Avoid pulling a muscle in speed climb.

Have fun, of course!

I could see a Rainbow guy winning. I hear that Jeff Hafner is pretty good. Not to mention all the other guys they have over there.

Whataview, how is So Cal treating you? We went to Orange Co. for a wedding not to long ago (feb 20). Nice weather, not a lot of trees though. And just a little rant... Why does a Sierra Nevada cost more in Ca than Mn? This just doesn't make sense! I had fun none the less.

Pierce

Hey Pierce, a lot of great climbers in Mn. You should've made it down to San Diego, there are amazing trees here. Balboa Park is phenomenal. Sierra Nevada is probably worth what you paid. Enjoy Summit!

Hey, how's the weather in Cali, Joe? Been beautiful here the last few days.

The competition is one month away! Let's get some good climbs in before the time is up. Check the Recreational Climbing section... get-togethers every weekend. We've been footlocking lately. Man! When are they going to banish that event from the prelims? Why not replace it with Doughnut Eating or Hashbrown Cooking?

What happened to your gear?

I believe sharing is OK, but if you arrive at an event without required equipment, it's your azz.

or were you talking about sharing something else?

Maybe we could hold hands on the way to the Footlock. That would be sharing in friendship.

I've got a rusty steel snap and a couple pieces of worn out cordage if anyone thinks they could use 'em.
