Hi there - This is a call to all the Michigan Climbers!

Registration for the Michigan Tree Climbing Championship ends on the 27th of July!! We have all the judges, techs and sponsors all registered - now we need the climbers!!! Looking forward to seeing all of you.

Thanks,
Dawn

Hate to do this on somewhat short notice. But I will not be able to attend. Just got back from MI (wedding) and don't think that I will be able to head back up in two weeks.

Just my luck -- I get place somewhere other then score keeper and I can't make it. I do want to say thanks for placing my name somewhere other then scorekeeper.

Vince

Any suggestions for hotels?

[/ QUOTE ]

per ASM: "The Causeway Bay Hotel is the closest hotel to Potter Park. We have a room block there and the rooms are $88.50 a night for a room with 2 double beds. Make sure you ask for the ASM/SummerCon rooms to get this discounted price."
Plus 13% hotel taxes.

I personally, have a single in the Cheap Seats, Days Inn; $46/nite (including Txs). It's 4 miles & 8 min. from the site.

Ok John H and Rich H im packing up and gettin ready to head up and see you guys. Been training and climbing my tail off and got some spliced rope too, cuz I learned from the best. So see you on the other side.

Help! We're headed to Michigan on Thursday to assist with set up on Friday and judge at event on Saturday. Could someone tell us if there is a specific gate to enter the Park on friday morning. We did NOT receive any kind of Park Pass with our waiver forms. Dawn, Jeff, Vince - we know you're at the conference and busy as ever trying to get ready for the TCC but could you give us some clues since we're not familiar with the area at all. Thanks! Looking forward to seeing everyone!!!
