Yes, that's a great suggestion.

Helping out of state volunteers by getting rooms will get the host Chapters more volunteers.

You are misreading my post.
I didn't say that I would help. I agreed with Whiz, and suggested the Host Chapters help out-of-staters with rooms.

Michigan will ALWAYS be my home chapter and all I ever had to say to Dawn, Jeff and their crew as far as setting up, running and tearing down and inventorying chapter equipment is..."There's your tree". I will return the favor this year. Whiz

Thanks Whiz!!! I seem to remember our first competition - we were so lost - you pulled us through!!! We did improve though - second year, we were on the ground running and up the tree climbing. We love that foot locking event!!!!

Michigan Tree Climbing Championship

This is an invitation to all women climbers! The MTCC is hosting a Womens' Tree Climbing Exhibition event during the MTCC! It does not matter what ISA Chapter you belong to, all are welcome.

The Michigan Women Climbers will be competing for the MTCC Championship. All other woman will be competing for First Place in the MTCC Womens' Exhibition Event.

Traditionally, Michigan does not have many women climbers. Please accept this invitation so that the women climbers here in Michigan can develop a mentoring base and climb with other experienced women in the field.

And as always - we are looking for volunteers! Please contact the Arboriculture Society of Michigan or Dawn Thierbach at vicgartree@aol.com.
