Mathew looks devastating

Hello all. My Name is Matthew. I have just signed up as a new member. I have learned a lot from you all in the last few year here though I just joined. I work out of Central Florida and my area is not affected by the storm. We do not climb trees but do a lot of forestry mulching, tree removal and land clearing. We are packed with 4-7 days of food and water, minimum 7 days of diesel and lots of parts to keep us running. We are well experienced with traveling for work. Our knife style mulchers are equipped for large trees and brush were mulch can be left on site. We are running the largest rubber track loaders available with 10000 pound tipping capacity.

I have the following available for hire if any one needs assistance.

Bobcat T870 track loader with bucket and grapple (our mulcher for this machine is down at the moment).

Cat 297D XHP with full forestry mulching package, Denis cimaf mulching head, and Grapple. Fully equipped with an extensive light package allowing safe round the clock operation when required. This is a wide track machine with minimal lawn damage ( just finished a job on a gulf course)

20 inch capacity feller buncher attachment. Note larger trees often can not be carried with machine and only felled in a controlled manner.

We have pole saws and chain saws for bucking trees to manageable pieces

This forum has been very educational for me and I owe you all a big Thank You for all I have learned here.

Hello, Matthew! (@Matt15194) Welcome to the Tree Buzz forum! I think you'll like being an active participant here. (Usually I say "I think you'll like it here", but if you've been lurking for a few years, already, it's obvious that you already do.) Great bunch of folks, here.

Way to make a grand entrance, by the way!

Tim

There's uncertainty about who is hauling wood away (contractors/city/state/federal), and who is paying for it. I've only seen two grapple trucks, but I've seen an army of skid steers...
