"re-marketing"???
Bandit starts making stump grinders and Carlton starts making chippers.
The consumer now has more choice, and both companies have to step up their game.
Who invented the original low friction ring? We know it wasn't TreeStuff. It certainly wasn't the X-man, and mebbe wasn't Antal either. Lotsa players in that game. Are they all wildebeest remarketers except for the original gazelle? Does it matter? I think giving credit where credit is due is right and proper. Seems TreeStuff has been doing that, imo.

Fair enough. Seems like semantics at this point. As much as I'd rather chew on my tongue than admit it, I'm sure Driver is responsible for the rings place in everyday treework. No doubt about it. As are members here for the belay spool. And the thunder sling.. Common. But regardless, its the way of the world, as you've pointed out. Doesn't mean because it sits well with you, that it has to sit well with others.

Me, you, other people.......we is all trucks rolling along the highway of love.
btw, my impressions of the Thundersling were uncomplimentary, if you happen to go back and read that thread. I've felt similarly disinclined to want to purchase several other products TreeStuff has rolled out in the last year or two. And I'm still waiting for part of an order placed with them back in November. God bless 'em. Sometimes the patience of Job is required.

I dunno about the dice, but agreeing to get a haircut was a really bad move for Samson. And if your name is Sisera, I'd strongly advise sleeping with one eye open. :D

It is coming really soon. We hit some hangups with some jargony computer stuff but we are on track to finish before the end of March for sure.
