Little fruit tree in my yard

Here is one that I have no clue what it is. I am assuming that it is a fruit tree of some sort. It is only about 9' tall.

Any ideas?

Here's the trunk and the rest of the tree

Looks like a Prunus maybe serulata?
I can't tell if the leaves are ovate
or more of a deltoid. If it is a flowering
cherry, you're in for a treat in the spring.

I hope it's a cherry!

I guess it will be a few months till we know for sure.

Or will it? What other info will help in the id? Better leaf pics?
