I quit smoking 5 days ago and would probably kick a puppy for an American Spirit right now.

Nicotine gum is ok to take the edge off but it can cause nausea and a sort or dizziness if used too much.

Fun times.

Hang in there! It will pay dividend in 20 years health wise. I quit smoking in '90 and dipping in'05. Best .moves I could have made. Had I not done that I probably would have died from a massive coronary in '11. I was very VERY close.

Thanks, been on a strict diet for about 3 months and it was just time to quit smoking as well.

Covid being aggressive on smokers helped scare the crap out of me too
