Last Minute Toledo Climb!

Hi everyone,

I realize that this is a last minute notice, but this weekend, November 14th. we are having a climbing day over at Walbridge Park in Toledo.

This is going to be the park where the 2010 Ohio TCC will be held, and we have permission from the city of Toledo to climb on this day.

The primary objective of this day is to take a run through the trees to get the feel of them and make sure they are the correct choices for the TCC. I know a few of the guys from the area who will be there and their opinions will be a great help on making sure we have the right trees for the event.

Don't worry about getting an unfair advantage for the actual comp. Everyone who is competing will know where the park is, and they can go see the trees beforehand, so I'm not letting the cat out of the bag here.

Bummer, I saw this one a little late. Opportunity for a bit of an unfair advantage might have helped me up from the bottom of the barrel next year. What does one do when you realize that you can't win on a level playing field?
