Thinking about buying myself a early B Day present and this is it. Anyone got any opinions or thoughts about this block? I have CMI block and a zinc coated large block but this would be my go to block from now on. Seen the video's and fell in love with this block. Who's got one and what do you think?

For the sling capacity, according to the 2012 Sherrill tree catalog says "generally our blocks have a capacity to support a sling 1/8th inch larger than its designated running line capacity."

I've had the block for almost a year now and love it. The max. width sling that will fit on the anchor thimble is right around 27 mm, which is just over 1".
