Jan 27, 2007 #5 L Leon Location rambling Hmmm...any seedpods? I'll guess Brachychiton populneus for the moment, but I'm not positive.
Jan 27, 2007 #6 NickfromWI Participating member Location Los Angeles, CA That was my guess, but I didn't notice seed pods when I was taking the pictures....but I also wasn't looking for them. Maybe I'll have to check again.

Jan 27, 2007 #7 L Leon Location rambling I just went and checked through my photo collection and am now fairly positive that it is Brachychiton populneus. Here's a photo of the leaves from a tree in Israel. I also have pictures of the seedpods if you're interested, but no flowers. Attachments 72480-brachychitonpopulneus1.webp 102.8 KB · Views: 87

Jan 27, 2007 #8 L Leon Location rambling Nick, here's a seedpod photo. You'd notice them if they were there. They're pretty prominent. The Brachychitons are a nice group of trees. Keep these tree photos coming, I'm having fun with it! Attachments 72485-brachychitonpopulneus2.webp 194.4 KB · Views: 86
