Insurance for Dumb tree people.

Not trying to argue at all...was just asking for clarification. I had difficulty finding anybody that would cover tree care operations including pesticide applications. More recently, when I was looking to beef up coverage with specific E&O, it was even more difficult to find that. If was as easy as calling a Farmer's agent, I would have felt a little silly!
Right on. :)

I actually ended up having to get my commerical auto through a different broker my local agent refferred me to. But the local farmers agent was able to handle the GL and E&O in this case at least.

Auto is an entirely different line. Once you find an agent capable of bonding a commercial general liability-E/O policy, they'll probably be able to bond a commercial vehicle policy for you, albeit with another underwriting company.

I use Arbormax Rick Weden from Corkrahm and Havlin Insurance company. They’re heavily active with TCIA. He’s a great person to just call and ask stuff. If he can’t help you he’ll tell you or make suggestions. I’ve told a bunch of people to call him and they all feel like he’s been super helpful.

Thanks.

My commercial auto policy is for 4 vehicles, instead of two.

Is the riggers' insurance strictly for crane-lifting?

I will shop them again, in time.

I may check back into that.
