Yoga x is one of my favorite workouts and we are about to start. Yes
After the day i had today all that yoga is going to be awesome. Good bye worry and stress, hello relaxation and sweat.

Had to fire a guy today for attitude problems and my chip truck went crazy with electrical problems shutting me down until i can find the short.

I've been hovering at between 45 and 50# dropped off and feeling great. Dropped 3 waist sizes. Aiming for about 20 more or so. Should happen pretty quickly once I get into training mode on the bike and the summer heat kicks in.

Jeff, I was thinking about this earlier and just started a thread. My biggest issue with eating healthy all the time is coming up with new meal ideas. Especially ones that aren't expensive.

I did the Insanity videos, but only lasted 2 weeks. It was not a good idea to try and start it in the spring when overtime is aplenty. My wife and I would do the workout when i got home, and wouldnt end up eating dinner until 8 or 9 at night, it got to be too much for us. We plan on starting it up again this fall/winter when work slows down again.

I like the Insanity videos a little better than p90x because you don't need any extra equipment like dumbells or pull up bar.

TRX training has been great. Works your core while hitting your muscle. Made my own for the garage to throw in quick workouts at home. Check it out, any knot tying tree junkie can make their own out of old lines.

hey tom glad you are doing well now after your heart attack . just always keep in mine eating fresh food and food that does not have a long shelf life is much better for you . it will have less sodium in it among other things . supplement with fish oils or cook with more olive oil , great heart healthy omega fatty acids . buffered vitamin c is good and really good for your connective tissue . if you are taking a multi vitamin make sure it is in the forms that your body can utilize . some vitamins are not soluble in our bodies we need the right forms . i myself to struggle with trying to eat right and staying focus . just keep trying and if we screw up get back on track and keep going . i keep one day a week that i use as my cheat day to eat something bad . usually fri or sat are one of my days when i take the family out . for me eating something not so good one day a week helps me to eat good intill my cheat day comes around again . keep truckin !!!
