The Illinois Arborist Association held their Tree Climbing Championship on Saturday September 11,2004. The preliminary results are as follows:
1st Place- John Meiszner-The Davey Tree Expert Company
2nd Place- Nathan Hadley-The Davey Tree Expert Company
3rd Place- Jason Diehl-The Davey Tree Expert Company
4th Place- Todd Kramer-Kramer Tree Specialists

The Masters Challenge Results:
4th Place- Todd Kramer
3rd Place- John Mieszner
2nd Place- Jason Diehl
2005 Illinois Arborist Association Champion-- Nathan Hadley

Kudos to Davey, and congrats to Nate Hadley. What were some of the best times in speed climb and 15 meter footlock?

Raven, The footlock was set at 43'. We didn't have anything taller. Best times were 13.9 and 14.7 seconds.
The speed climb was set at 47'. The best times were in the 23 to 24 second range.

My apologies, We had 2 women competitors, Caryl Schrader of "The Care of Trees" and Annie Dalrymple of "Best Trees". This year Annie was crowned "Champion". BEST of LUCK in Nashville ANNIE.
