i need advice on bidding jobs

in that case definitely up scale rich houses and people with lots of land. we have a ton of eucalyptus robusta's here. maybe i should say i specialize in pruning and removing them. iv'e gotten pretty fast with those tree's.

Proper pruning and tree care, based on scientific/ industry research and Best Management Practices for the health and longevity of the particular species, while reducing hazards, using non-invasive/ spike climbing methods, according to industry standards. These considerations are especially important for species that deal with injury and decay organism poorly. Proper care help a tree to be as healthy as possible, reducing likelihood of secondary disease and pest problems, reducing maintenance costs in the longterm.

On a separate note, for bidding jobs, before and after pictures of your work, in addition to the good and bad pruning/ climbing practices, with resulting wound closure or non-closure, and resulting decay.

Mirror the client in manner of speech and attitude without going to overboard. I think many of us forget that we are not only dealing with homeowners but well educated, professionals and technically astute individuals. I often ask what people do for a living as it can give me some insight in to how the think and process information. As you get to know them you will find out whether they are more laid back and able to "let their hair down".

As a 21 yr old entrepreneur you'll need to stay on the professional side for a while to overcome the age bias.
