I think the king has been crowned. That juniper is especially impressive, even more so considering that around here a juniper is a low growing shrub, I have certainly never seen one that looks like that!

Not huge by sequoia standards but particularly large for a planted tree, volunteer park seattle. +/- 120 year old toothpick. We do have some 10'ers here and there...

Yeah, it’s in Humboldt county higher elevation and bit inland of the Avenue of the Giants. Haven’t seen any other ones that cool. There’s a gorgeous California black oak on the neighboring cattle ranch that I don’t have pictures of, and some honkin’ bay trees by a year round spring. Magical area with some amazing specimens.

Nothing mega by some of the pics here, but a 4 stemmed sequoia where I did some work a few years back.
No idea why this (and some other smaller ones) grew in this form.
It had already lost one of its trunks (visible) that we took for milling.
The others will separate at some point.

Here’s a couple southern red oaks, I love the one by the river it’s full of unusual wound wood and little cavities. The further whole tree photo was a veteran tree in a subdivision I think it was around when that area was farmed because it was so short and spreading
