HH 2

Jack, what a great looking setup! I especially like that tending tether. This is a picture of how I set up my HH2.

Hey man see you got the tree motion or lite. I just got an evo. Currently using and xl shembiner but thinking of getting a transporter or vault or kilo. Haha i like em all but i was wondering if you have any carritools on your saddle and how you set it up.? I dont really like how i have my shembiner set up on my harness. Cant take a pic right now. My gears in the work truck right now. But looking for some advice. Just upgraded from my bosses 15 year old weaver linesman saddle i think it may be called?

I have had both the standard Treemotion and the S.light. Currently using the S.light and probably will stay with it as it does a great job for me.

Two wire gate DMM Vault sit on either side in the locations designed for them. I like the wire gates but they will occasionally snag on things so a locking gate might be a better choice, overall.

With the risk of sounding stupid idk where exactly is the designed location for them. I kind of do but not exactly. And where i have my shembiner it on just the leather. Not hooked on the webbing because thats life support correct? This is my first real harness. So i have alot to learn about it. Adjusting the bridge all of your other adjustment points. Im used to a standard weaver saddle.

Thank you for your imput...ive seen you in other threads. You seem very knowledgeable. Could you show me 1 of your harness an maybe explain a little how you have it hooked.? Thanks

Not mine, but I use the same location as the one being used for demonstration in this video.

Ok thanks i get it...thats how i have my shembiner. I just wasn't sure if that was enough. I put my top saw on there. But i wouldn't put a 462 on there.? Whats the biggest saw you put on yours?

I've hung the 660 on it many times.
My S.Light was run with shembiners outside the webbing for about 4 years before it times out of use.
I also clipped the tail of my lanyard to the little hole in front of the caritool slot and dropped top handles onto it more than a few times.
If you're worried about it, you could set some webbing through the hold point on the shembiner between the layers and tie it around something. Maybe around the webbing?

A popular option is to get the enforcer and install it over the webbing as well. The flat, stationary plate with round edges won't wear out the webbing.
