Help with ID

Been here much more than a while
This is in the yard of a previous master gardener's house. The owners don't know what it is and it isn't in any opf my Virginia books. Also can't find it on the web. Thought it was an apple or a cherry but i'm not sure. I'm not very good at this.

Hard to tell, the picture I got did'nt fully come up. It would be helpful to have a pic of the tree as well.

Leaves look like some type of pink blooming Crab apple.
 
I think Eric got it. I have a a crabapple in my back yard in here VA Beach and it stumps a lot of my tree buddies when they see it. They are not that popular in our area like up North.
 
Yeah, crabapple I'd say. There are like one thousand million cultivars of crabs, so don't break your head trying to figure out which one. Call the previous owners; too bad there's no tag!
