Help ID this tree pls..

Folks,

Have a neighbor who has a tree with palmately compound leaves. This tree has 6 leaves located in Fremont, CA. I have not had much luck in identifying this tree. I am trying to understand and learn about this species therefore, attaching a picture of the tree and a its leaves hoping someone can help ID this tree. I appreciate your help in advance.
