That or there is a distributor who has very good retail penetration into the tree care market. There may be viable alternatives that are not advertised as well.I have not but IMO when there is a product that stands out and sells the most odds are that is your baby.
That just sounds too simple LOL!we are great fans of walkie talkies with earphone and voice activated,no more headaches from bluetooth devices, failing a lot in urbanized areas.
mind you we dont use phones during work
This problem should soon be solved, at least in part keep your eyes open, in the next few months there should be, paperwork pending, a guard on the market to protect this button. Its in trials right now, and so far has been very well received. http://www.treebuzz.com/forum/threads/sena-jog-dial-protector-prototype.40846Sena systems work great, and they are a game changer. However, they have a large button on the top of the unit that when bumped, cancels your connection. Hit it again, and it may or may not reconnect.
Sena systems work great, and they are a game changer. However, they have a large button on the top of the unit that when bumped, cancels your connection. Hit it again, and it may or may not reconnect. Also, when we used 3 units we had few connections problems. Add the fourth, and invariably it would split the communications so we had 2 groups of 2.
Speakeasy is a newer company that has tried to address the gaps in the Sena system. His mike is better with a cup design for better noise cancelling, and we like the fact we can have up to 6 on at one time.
It sound like I am advertising for him...that is not the case, I am just a happy user.
The Speakeasy mike comes with a sticky pad to connect to the bottom of the earmuff...That may work for some, but we installed ours similar to how TreeStuff installs the Senas.
it is simple,we like Motorola or Cobra.like Jehinten said be aware of the wire.Compared with Sena that disconnects with a touch, its a great choice.100€ a pairThat just sounds too simple LOL!
Any that you have found better than others?
or disadvantage to crew member who doesn't realize bossman showed upThe team at Selner Tree has been using SENA for some time. We tried the Cardo's but even after multiple firmware updates they just didn't have the clarity and distance the SENA's have.
Arbsession does installs of SENA and we should be stocking a fairly large line up soon. The new 30K with mesh will be interesting. It would be so nice to sync an entire company. Then anyone can drive up to any job site and be instantly talking. It would be a huge advantage for sales reps entering a job site.
