Highest property tax in the US, and all the MA imports are there near the border. NH has gotten wise and raised certain taxes as well. You need to move 30-40 miles into the state to save $$$, unfortunately.

I am not getting to who is worse. We also are having gas tax hikes, hiring freezes, property tax is the highest in the nation and 800% toll hikes on top of the hikes just last month. Jersey is probably a tie with Conn. and Mass as far cost of living not to metion we were voted the worst state when it comes to being business friendly. Just to let you know the world doesn't get much better anywhere you go so let's make the best of it. Everyone has their own cross to bear.
