I sort of agree with NOD but would really like to look at the branch. Thuja plicata, Thujopsis, and Chamaecyparis thyoides were my first choices, but I have seen so few, I need more info.

Thuja occidentalis . I believe the branchlets are oppositely attached on Thujopsis. But that's only what I've read/seen in books.

Everyone else was very close, Thuja etc.
