Glide bridge question

Hello I like the floating attachment on the glide but was wondering about switching it out and using the dynema bridge off a BFII. I didn't know if I have to go through all the hassle of taking the saddle apart or if I could use a clevis on each side like the attachments on the BFII. The only thing is connecting the clevis to the steel rings. Would this clevis attached to a steel ring pass an inspection for most of you or not?

I think it should work. I've taken apart those buckingham glides before to add atachments. It's a pain, but you end up having to take the steel rings off, and at that point you could switch the rings for the clevis'. I recently modified my saddle by adding a glide, and I used the clevis and bfII bridge because I knew that they meet the strength requirement. Having used the glide before, I think I like the feel of the bfII bridge more.
Also... I recently replaced the bridge, and when I ordered a replacement bridge from Sherrill, I got a "new" style of bridge. It's a woven bridge instead of a covered webbing bridge. At first I was skeptical, but after giving it a try, I like it alot more than the old webbing style.
