Just reading the statute doesn't answer the question tho.

It's simple.... Trump needs to "commit another crime". Bragg's is claiming that the crime was a campaign contribution violating federal campaign finance law in the form of a hush contract(s). Like I said earlier through out our history hush contracts are not seen as campaign contributions and cant be proven in court. Bragg's is trying to claim a hush contract is a form of a campaign contribution, the problem is intent, did he intend to save his marriage or the campaign. Bragg's is claiming the campaign but that can't be proven""" ....

Now for a real life summary- Since the Op started this thread Von Clownstick has become the first president in American history to be impeached twice and to be criminally indicted (with more indictments on the horizon).
 
Another troll came out of the woodwork to open his mouth and then crawl back in his hole. Another troll that has not been following the news or paying attention, or just doesn't care that Trump is a low life waste of a human being.
I had no idea there this many stupid people in this country. Don't we educate children anymore?
