Grilled salmon with some hickory smoke and glazed with a blackberry bbq sauce
Served with a portobello topped with spinach and artichokes with cream cheese and Romano and provolone as well as some blanched asparagus quickly fried in butter with garlic and mushroom stalks

Wow, that looks amazing! I’m loving the sound of that combination! For dinner tonight I had two hotdogs… Roasted over a fire with a friend and their kids though, and the homemade strawberry ice cream made it a great night.
