Yeah, no worries, I got it . Just took the opportunity to rub it in, what a good client they are! Never questioned an invoice and pay (fairly) quick.

I have never actually met the owners though!! I'm just a worker!!

Did you leave the stubs all over that tree for a reason? Personally, I'm a fanatical flush cutter on removals/dismantles. Just curious.

They aren't really stubs? They are slightly flusher than a pruning cut but not completely flush cos I just did what was convenient with the ms200T. They are flush enough not to catch a rope when lowering and the lowerign point is far enough out so no branch were rubbing against the stem when lowering, so no worries.
