Elbow bursitis

Tumeric is a spice in East Indian food right. (Possible source.)

I write in these forums like anyone and everyone may read it one day. I was not thinking that you needed to have hit your elbow. It is just one way to have a similar sounding symptom occur.

The key concept is that 'itis' of any part of our body is something we can work with if we figure out what the cause was or watch the trends in the future and see what we do to bring it about.
My wife just added tumeric to my regime.

Damn Steve, didn't you just get over some rash last month? I nor my Dr can seem to manage this Eczema on my hands under control, and I'm sick & tired of spending a small fortune on this special ointment. Talk about frustrating!

Nope. It's still there. The bursitis was last year. Just showed up like a golf ball.

Dave, are you frustrated enough that you want to look into dealing with it yourself/proactively?

So for what it's worth the swelling in my elbow has gone away.
The cure is hard to say.
3 weeks vacation probably really helped.
Anti inflammatory creams and pills, didn't have much results.
Tumeric tea wasn't noticeable.
However, I was given some snake oil and with in 12 hours from applying the disgusting oil my swell has completely gone away.
Far out!
