Does this hitch have a name?

I'm able to see one picture, hard to tell what's going on with it being dressed and set, but two possibilities, actually more, but these two looked most like the picture when tighten.

If it's tied like the top, turning it 180 degrees results in the original version of the Knut H. If the bottom way of tying, turning it 180 results in your hitch that was posted in the other thread.

@Brocky so it's not a knut h. I reposted a video on Instagram of me tying it (and telling the story about randomly tying it years ago and posting it here only to have no one having a name for it) and someone mentioned a catalan hitch. Which I can't find any thing on that name.

So, what is the official name, a suggestion is the arbsessed.

I just back porch tested this hitch (blue moon with 30” epicord 9.3) the way it initiates tending is dreamy!! Tends so nicely, very minimal sit back, and bites consistently. Been on a micho, and sometimes a VT, but this could be the new go to for now. Thanks for sharing!!! Ill be calling it the wiscohitch until I hear otherwise (an homage to my homeland).

Edit- a 28” epicord has better/quicker bite.
