disabled climbers

No mobility regained. He still can't walk, talk or use his left hand very well. He can push with his legs though and his right arm works fairly normally.

Not too long after his surgery he was asking me to go climbing and I was like, "Dude, you have a gaping wound in your chest. I don't want to lower you out of a tree in search of a vital organ." He is one tough guy.
 
There used to be a guy in Jamestown who lost a leg in a motorcycle accident who climbed with a harness and rope. I can't speak to his ability but I guess he was a seal but they gave him a discharge after the accident.
