Details of a woods climb

Lovin' it, Moss. Your end of the day IS my "desk job"! I'm not sure which one of us is luckier...

Good on ya, Andrew! Beautiful place it seems. Do we get to see a view from the tippy top?

Not in this one, I was on the downwind side of a hill which is next to a hill with a weather station on it, they recorded max gusts 60mph during the time I was in the tree, the top of the tree was getting into the wind zone so I opted out. Some days wind doesn't bother me much, other days it gets to me.

Way cool Moss, Really like the natural sounds of the wing and thunder in the distance!

I put a wind blocker over the in-camera mic so there's more wind than you can hear in the video. Without the wind blocker 10mph sounds like a hurricane ;-)

I wish I could climb more than I do, I try to keep it going all winter with at least one climb per week, that's barely enough to keep me in a good mood.

We should schedule an eastern Mass./RI climb one of these weekends, since it doesn't seem like we're having winter this year anyway.

I am working on setting up a work-reational climb in RI, on a HUGE historic Sycamore that needs some deadwooding. It will have to be limited to 10 skilled climbers or less, and will involve some rigging and chainsaw work. PM me for details if interested.
