Scariest job for me ever. Install a construction elevator right beside a live, already operating one. The tower sections were bad enough, setting them 2500lbs each with 2 guys standing on the tower. The cage was 5600 and my boom head was 18" off the other tower.

No, we contract it from another service. The crane op is top notch, great guy to work with. Technically skilled, not like some I've had the misfortune to work with and the good fortune to survive.
