I'll likely do a production run in Feb. or March this year. It's been hard to do a whole lot for the last 24 months with the economy, a tree business and two girls under 2 .....life is busy. But I'll keep everyone posted. The price will go up based on my preliminary pricing....crazy how everything goes up in cost over a year and a half....

I love watching Time-lapse vid. Great work. Is the rig-em-roll nice? The big advantage i see is not having to set straps. But i think sometimes it would be nice cause you can make pieces more stable.

Yeah, the RR is pretty cool. Makes a job go by quickly sometimes. You can't use it for everything, though...

You are right about he time-lapse, it's a really cool way to do videos of tree work. The video that Boston Bull recently posted about his company's new crane had a snippet of time-lapse in it and it was really a cool part of the video. Of course, it's hard to not have a cool video when you're cutting trees down with a 120 ton crane.

I think I'm going to do another time-lapse video of some tree trimming work one of these days. We do a lot of crown reductions (I know some people cringe when they hear that word...) and I'd love to do a Crown Reduction Video. And a deadwooding video.
