I am enjoying it more now then when I had the bolts in the longer arms. I'll post a pic of how I opperate the bone in a bit.Tyler, how does that feel with less leverage to operate?

I have a fleece type shirt with a zipper neck, with the neck unzipped, the biner on my chest harness is accessible from under the shirt.. Perfect for most winter climbs.Haha, even though that would work, I am not cutting a hole in my nice n thick sweatshirts
It's cold out! I'll stick with the bungee
I did too at first. Pondered for quite some time about how i could get around the nubs.Thats interesting, Tyler. I actually like the little nubs that Gordon put on and get good control with just my thumb and palm laying against the side. Being able to have good control with it facing away, as it is during ascent, means it does not need to pivot, so no need for a swivel.
I'm all about the HAAS being attached as high as possible, as well. That gives you maximum stride. I also ran a loop 8...for a while, but switched to swingdude's chest harness. The loop 8 is great if you can lock stitch the 'x' in the back, along with capturing the connectors in front at the right places. Without stitches, I found the loop would drift and get too tight around my shoulder/back of the neck area.Since I tend my knee ascender from the same point as the BDB/HH/RR, I dislike using a neck tether. I was using an over the shoulder strap but got tired of it pulling up on the back of the saddle. Now I'm happily using a figure 8 harness I made out of 5/8" webbing (mule tape) with an adjustable buckle to allow for clothing differences.
Using an adjustable rope bridge allows me to set the BDB low, in a good position to be tended by the harness while climbing.
I had one of these but toasted. I wasn't sure if i liked it or not!a peanut butter & banana sammich.
That's a cool thought Joe.I'm wondering if two of these knotted or stitched together could make an adjustable chest harness

It's all about ratios, man. You might have had a banana & peanut butter sammich, which is TOTALLY different than a peanut butter & banana sammich. Next time I make one, I'm gonna toast it...or maybe I'll pan fry it for a bit, like a grilled cheese.I had one of these but toasted. I wasn't sure if i liked it or not!
YES! I'll do the bacon first...LOTS of it, and then cook the sammich in the bacon fat. This is the time of year for that. I'm ready for lunch already! If you already have the skillet out to pan fry the sammich, you should add bacon.
Mmmmmmmmm.....peanut buttr & nannerif you want to eat a peanut butter & banana sammich.
I would not, only because it would reduce the tending capabilities. Stretch is a detriment in my opinion. I like the positive feel of webbing alone, especially when connecting to the DSRT system I've been using lately, which is 2 Bones and a HAAS.Has anyone considered incorporating stretch cord into a chest harness...
