Compact Bulldog Bone

Yes. Even though it works well in a haul back system, it is not a Hitchclimber pulley, so don't try to use it like one. When pulling slack from below you need to take some weight off it by hip thrusting or grabbing above it to disengage the bottom arms grip completely. It will work without doing so but you will feel more drag than perhaps you would like.
I hear you...thanks makes sense!

Tried a new configuration today. I've attached the nano swivel to the bone and then I remembered that I had a revolver carabiner laying about. Good to use if I want to connect the bone directly to the bridge. Both the carabiner and the bridge will last longer.

I had an issue with my bollard. It wasn't mounted straight as the hole wasn't drilled in the centre this made it rub against the side of the top arms. This made the edges of the bollard really sharp and did some nasty wear on the top arms.

Have anyone tried to attach ball bearings to the top bollard?

Tomi, is that red on the bollard just a reflection of something?

I have not looked for any other bollard version yet but what I might suggest for anyone having side rub issues is "stripper bolt washers also know as shortening washers". Google them and you will get the idea. They are thin reduced OD washers and are usually SS or hardened spring steel.

Haha! You guys are funny. Well, there's a lil su'm from every manufacturer. I don't have any Cougar so if anyone can come up with that it may help. Each piece is 35' minimum for his needs.

Wow! Thanks Eric, you will have too label them so I know what is what.
Tomi's post, with his modified Bollard wear, is something for all to keep an eye on even with the stock bollards. The new batch with the 7075 alloy is harder than the 6061 that Tomi has, but even so the bollard wear could become an issue over time.

Eric, Is there any dif between velocity cool (on right I believe) and velocity hot I am climbing on now (zzag). Blue I have, seems heavier while the same dia but it could just be the age.
