Since there hasn't been much on this tool in awhile, I thought I would mention my thoughts on it. I ended up buying this instead of the masdam largely because of the midline attachable. I have owned it about 3 weeks and have used it more than I would have ever thought. One of the best uses yet was for multiple small backleaners (12" diameter) along a fence line. Very quick setup time going from one tree to the next. It works well for larger trees as well, last week I used it to pull a 4:1 while felling a 36" diameter pin oak.
If anyone is on the fence about buying it, it's been worth every penny in my opinion.
