My brother had the Teufelberger TreeMotion before I purchased the Sequoia SRT. I didn't like how far back the saw holstering clip mount was on the saddle, and it didn't have a close ventral attach point.
I only use the SRT ventral attach point on my Sequoia, for DRT with the ZigZag.
I want to try a better rope, too. I'm thinking of trying this Tutus Static Rope in 12mm for DRT in the Zag: https://www.englishbraids.com/media/wysiwyg/BrochureFiles/SAFETY_6pp_Brochure_2019_s4.pdf
Because it's very similar to the Beal Access 11mm Rope, which is the only rope available on the market today that will not flatten when stepped on, which means it will not flatten in the Zag or at least not stay flat when climbing like the Scandere.
I found that nylon cover gives a better grip than polyester cover ropes, and yet it is sufficiently abrasion resistant enough for long term use in white pine trees.
You have a more sophisticated setup than me. I just have my saw saddle and rope.
What shoes are you wearing in the photos, they look neat?
