This is the tree free zone. If these dudes want to talk about their faith, what harm is it to you? To label them all as brainwashed idiots is a generalization that sheds light on your own ability to think freely.

I have found that the buzz turns into more of a community than a forum. As people get to know one another (yes, even on the internet), ideas are shared. Even some of the "big" ones that may start arguments, or disagreements. Disagreements are sometimes ways in which people can grow together. And no worries, most of this forum is tree related. I personally don't feel as though anyone is really pushing anything on me. Exchange of ideas is all.

Sorry, we were commanded to. FWIW, I got sucked into AmWay at one point in my life, so I know what it's like to have sales techniques dumped on me relentlessly. Not a fan. So you see, I'm not going to push it on anybody. If you inquire, I'll talk, and gauge your response accordingly.
And that is the difference between someone preaching at you in an arborist supply store, and you tracking down a thread you say want nothing to do with. You have four messages on this site. Four. Care to guess which thread they're all in? Looks like you're kind of searching it out doesn't it?
