Chisolm first after prelims

Nah bro miguels just our chapter rep.the masters is done and it could be anyones really close to call.the tree was like maybe 50 ft tall maybe more but it had to be wider than its height.it wasn't tall but they really spaced the stations out.everybody looked like they did about the same systems as last. Well except cormac he pulled out some stuff.man it was great day.

I'm so torn! I want Cormac, Scott, and Mark to do well...

But I am pulling for the Southern Chapter to win it all this year!

sorry mang...I heard my boy Jared did very well.
I think he won

Just so you know they will not announce anything until the kickoff tonite at the conferance.
All competitors and spectators have a lot to be proud of!! THe competition was spirited and the crowd was lively and fully engaged !! WE have a great industry and i am glad this is what I do to earn a living!

Mens was very close to call but if I had to offer an opinion it would be between Jared and Mark w maybe a slight edge to Mark, but remember Im from jersey!!
The Ladies perhaps Anya? I probably butchered the spelling. And I did not see the whole first climb!
results to follow!!

I also meant to say I hoped Jared does well too! All four of those climbers are forces to be reckoned with.

Just got home that was some nice master challenge tree and some awesome climbs. It's gonna be close but I think it may go to mark they will announce it at the opening ceremonies tonight. What a beautiful park the comp went great except for a rain delay on friday mourning didn't get started till lunch and managed to run all prelims before dark

Not quite before dark, the last rays of the setting sun were shining on Mark's work climb with two more to follow him, after sunset - throwline took a few minutes longer still. What an awesome way to end the day that started out with a pretty major coastal storm - 5:00 am winds up to 30 mph with heavy rains and flash flooding.

Props to Scotty and the Throwline team for moving to a new tree at the last minute because their ring was full of water, they managed to set up an awesome throwline event in a completely new tree in the wind and rain on comp day morning - nicely done. (sorry I showed up late Scotty)

I have to send thanks again to eveyone involved, for making this one of the most memorable events of my life.

I've been to a few ITCC's, and I've been in a competition before.

Anyone can win the Master's Challenge. Just getting into the final four at the International is impressive, but you could win the Master's Challenge 7 times and that still probably won't make you better than Mark.

That's just my opinion...what the hell do I know?

If you were taller than everyone around you, yet just as light on your feet in the tree as Beddes ( like Mark) that would be a start. Then dominate the ITCC, and get into the Master's Challenge how many times in a row? Standings don't mean nothing.

So where's the results already!!!!!
