So as of right now we have 36 climbers committed. Still a few empty slots, we'd love to fill a couple of them with female competitors.

The competitors packets, as well as, the judges/techs packets will be mailed out this week. It will have all the necessary info it to get you to Charlotte, directions to hotel and the park, and all the need to know dates and times.

But until then here's a quick run down...

Friday 18th
Judges Meeting (Mandatory) 6pm Double Tree Hotel
Competitors Meeting (Mandatory) 7pm Double Tree Hotel
Gear Check (Mandatory and will immediately follow the Competitors
meeting)

Saturday 19th
Prelims @ Freedom Park 8am
Rigging Challenge mid to late afternoon

Sunday 20th
Head to Head Footlock 8am
Women's Master Event 10-11 am
Men's Master Event 12-1 pm
Awards Ceremony 3-4 pm

The hazing here involved the footlock belayer alowing your belay line to dangle beneath your feet. I thought that was pretty cruel untill I started thinking of all the implications of the "stretch"

Thanks Morice, do you ever get "ICEMAN" for a nickname? i think we should make it stick haha. I can't wait to meet everyone, its going to be a blast. Y'all better take it easy on me this year but be sure to bring your A game in 09!
