They don't come with straps new.
Eric if you find a buyer and want to save on possible grief you may want to fit pads around some known size item and let buyer check and see if that should fit (like a soda can, liter water bottle etc).
I am 6'2" been called skinny and slim alot in life and wear 36" inseam on pants. I was suprised when the narrow didn't fit me.
