replaced my treemotion bridge with new england endura braid, its a sk-75 dyneema core with poly cover much like the stock bridge would there be any objections here

as long as you don't use your shoelaces for it it will be allright ;-)

stick to the concept and tie in the original replacement, it's tested out and works great on the TM.

I think there have been enough bridge failures due to self-abrasive fibers that bridges should only be made with more standard fibers ie no aramids or UHMWPE.

Cordage that wears on the outside is easily inspected.

That and dyneema isn't going to stand up to a shock load like a conventional fiber in the case of a fall. I only say this as i saw a demo today by Jamie Goddard of yale. They drop tested a 220lb weight 6 ft into a 3/8" dyneema line rated at 20,000lbs and into a 1/2" xtc line rated for 6000. The dyneema line broke on the first drop. They quit after the 6th drop, but said they've gotten it to go 14 drops before breaking.

That's what i learned today!

I think one thing to consider with a dyneema core bridge is that climbing lines are dynamic and are going to take some of the shock out in the case of a fall. But I agree with blinky polyester is better. my bridge is a new england Hi vee 16 strand slpiced on both ends.

I'm using KMIII static line as a bridge right now, are there any concerns with that style of rope for this application?

I think there are concerns with whatever you use in any situation. Put something up here and someone will have something negative to say about. Personally, I use KMIII for a tied bridge on my ergo, and its the best bridge Ive ever used.

If someone is concerned about taking a fall into a bridge and breaking it, then #1, dont fall like that (ie, dont allow yourself into a situation where a fall is a real concern, ie, safe work positioning practices), and #2, its probably gonna break your back or your neck if youre falling that hard and/or far into a saddle. Just my opinion, but anything and everything we do is dangerous, and no matter what you use or how you configure it, theres gonna be a concern of some type regarding it.

Personally I think a static rope or dyneema rope bridge is fine, and have no problem whatsoever climbing on one. (Neither do the possibly thousands of climbers on a warp speed bridge from Buckingham.)

A concern that I have about people using long static lanyards is that they often get used like a second climbline. A snapped crotch and drop would be bad on a lanyard or short piece of rope in general, but a short fall on a short static lanyard would be the worst of all.
